Challenge

When COVID-19 hit, government healthcare was overwhelmed. The Province of Cebu, Region VII, and DOH Central needed a way to provide remote medical consultations at scale — fast.

Solution

We deployed SugboMed, GugMed, and DOH Telemed — telemedicine platforms built on CloudMD, connecting thousands of residents to licensed physicians. Appointment booking, video consultations, e-prescriptions, and follow-up scheduling — launched within weeks.

Impact

• Deployed for DOH Central, DOH Region VII, and the Province of Cebu
• Enabled remote consultations across multiple municipalities
• Reduced load on overwhelmed physical healthcare facilities
• Built a reusable platform that outlasted the initial pandemic response

Challenge

During the pandemic, Cebu residents needed a safe way to get groceries without visiting crowded supermarkets. No local platform existed for same-day grocery delivery.

Solution

We built CloudKart from zero — an online supermarket with same-day delivery, our own logistics fleet, and direct sourcing from principals and distributors. It has since evolved from grocery into a full quick-commerce marketplace with pharmacy, electronics, and general merchandise.

Impact

• Cebu's first online supermarket, now its largest online store
• 30+ product categories including pharmacy and general merchandise
• Same-day delivery across 8 cities and municipalities in Metro Cebu
• Own logistics fleet — not dependent on third-party delivery

Challenge

The nationwide accrediting body for orthopedic surgeons needed to digitalize surgical case logging, resident evaluation, and program accreditation — replacing paper-based processes used across every accredited training program in the country.

Solution

We built and continue to manage the PBO eLogbook — a digital case logging system capturing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative data with ICD-10 coding, CPT classification, and integration with the PBO's accreditation evaluation framework.
