Challenge

Run a full distribution business from one system: thousands of SKUs from hundreds of suppliers, wholesale and retail customers, a pharmacy line with its own handling rules, expiry-sensitive stock, consigned goods, and same-day delivery on an owned fleet.

What we built

• Warehouse fulfilment engine with role-based picking queues and an exception desk
• Dedicated pharmacy queue; batch and expiry tracking with exception reports
• Consignment inventory, kitting and de-kitting, replenishment, price monitoring
• B2B quotation and sales orders alongside the consumer marketplace
• Own-fleet dispatch with live rider tracking; AR/AP and central price control

Challenge

A growing fuel retail chain needed one system to run every station: sales at the pump, tank inventory, purchasing and a large loyalty program, with head-office visibility across all sites and tight control over fuel shrinkage.

What we built

• Pump-level transaction capture and daily sales close per station
• Tank inventory with automatic tank gauge integration; open/close and variance monitoring against metered sales
• Procurement: purchase orders, receiving, PO-versus-receipt reconciliation
• Loyalty engine: card issuance and stock, points, expiry, rebates, raffle promos, interbranch redemption
• Customer and vehicle records, payment-method and segment analytics
• Consolidated multi-station reporting: daily, month-over-month, sales and purchase

Challenge

Public hospitals run on disconnected records: patients re-registered across ER, OPD and admissions; days lost preparing PhilHealth claims from paper charts; manual reconciliation between billing, budget and COA registries.

What we built

• HIS: registration and master patient index, OPD, ER triage, inpatient, EMR, ancillaries, billing, PhilHealth eClaims
• PIS: COA-aligned procurement from PPMP and APP through BAC, award, PO, receipt and issuance; inventory and property
• PRIME HRM: 201 and PDS, recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll, employee self-service app
• EFMS: job orders, preventive maintenance, fleet, fuel, trip tickets
• AIS: budget execution, RAOD, RBUD and RAPAL registries, ORS and BURS, disbursement, full COA report set on UACS

Challenge

When COVID-19 hit, government healthcare was overwhelmed. The Province of Cebu, Region VII and DOH Central needed remote medical consultations at scale, fast.

What we built

• SugboMed, GugMed and DOH Telemed deployed on the CloudMD platform within weeks
• Appointment booking, video consultations, e-prescriptions and follow-up scheduling
• Licensed physicians connected to residents across multiple municipalities
• A reusable platform that outlasted the initial pandemic response

Challenge

The nationwide accrediting body for orthopedic surgeons needed to digitalize surgical case logging, resident evaluation and program accreditation, replacing paper processes used across every accredited training program in the country.

• Digital case logging capturing preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative data
• ICD-10 diagnosis and CPT procedure coding built into the log
